The very dexterous Prof. Anthony Owan Enoh who was a one time provost of cross River State college of Education and the vice Chancellor of cross River State University of technology has yet again been saddled with the responsibility to deliver by his Excellency the Governor of cross River State,Sen. Prince Bassey Otu just a day after his inauguration as Governor.
The press release exposed Ntufam Fidelis Ugbo as the Chairman of the committee,Prof. Eyo Etim Nyong as member while Prof. Enoh as secretary.
As the build up for prince Otu’s government begin to open up, expectations from Cross River State people continue to grow hoping he delivers.
