Cross River State Commissioner for Health,Dr Henry Egbe Ayuk was at the occasion of the official flag off of LGA level refresher training of Frontline Health workers in Cross River State on clinical competencies to improve health outcomes.
The event which held at the calabar municipal council Hall in calabar on Friday 16th August 2024 had also in attendance the Director general of the Cross River State primary Health care development Agency Dr Mrs Vivian Otu, the representative of the National primary Health care development Agency,representative of Echews and WHO, participants amongst others.
In his statement to the audience,Dr Ayuk advocated for improved competent,Efficiency, dedication to work by all health workers in the state.He admonished the all those been trained to ensure that the acquired knowledge is transmitted to workers at the grassroot health facilities to ungrade their knowledge of health issues to meet up contemporary standards.
