The chairmanship aspirant for Etung LGA in the fourth coming LGA Election,Hon Henry Njar Anom has said that his vision is aligned with the the people’s first mantra of his Excellency,the Governor of Cross River State Sen Prince Bassey Edet.

He stressed that, Government at all levels is about the people’s first and his plans are geared towards the development and emancipation of Etung LGA.

Henry clearly said that, issues of students bursary,internal roads connectivity, farmers and youths empowerment amongst others will make core of his administration if elected as Chairman of Etung LGA.

“I have come with lofty ideas and blue print for the development and growth of Etung,it is the turn of the youths.

At a time like,we need men and women of goodwill like you to chat a new course for Etung LGA and that is why I stand here today to declare my intentions to chairman of Etung LGA.

I have the needed qualifications,experience and goodwill to provide incentives for our farmers,bring back students bursary,push for our roads connectivity,lobby jobs opportunities and provide necessary framework for infrastructural development in our LGA” he said.

Also speaking at the inaugural meeting which held at Hotel the Genesis on Saturday August 24th.,Hon cosmas Bassey described the aspirant as a leading light of Etung politics who had expressed capacity for over 15 years he has known him, submitting that he will take Etung to the next level.

On his part,Mr Augustine Amba Obaji popularly known as king of boys urged everyone to be more committed to the Henry Njar Anom project going forward.He however, exposed that, the aspirant is Humble, Accessable and has the needed experience to take Etung to the promise land.

Comr Ntui,Oji David and a few others, advocated for massive youths inclusion in the Henry Njar Anom administration if elected reiterating that the young people of Etung have more to deliver in Government.
