As the political climate for the cross River State 2024 LGA election continues to gather momentum, key players in Etung LGA has continued to top up their search in support of a right candidate for the fourth coming LGA polls in cross River State.
Accordingly, the cross River State Health Commissioner, Dr Henry Egbe Ayuk PhD has disclosed his line of interest in support of the aspiration of Hon Henry Njar Anom a native of mkpot community in the South part of Etung LGA as the best footing of the APC for the LGA election holding in a couple of days in cross River State.
Addressing the Etung nation who on Friday 4th October gathered in their numbers with quality representation across the ten wards of Etung in solidarity for the aspiration of Hon Anom,Dr Ayuk described Hon Anom as a very fine politician who is very capable of giving Etung People best representation at the Grass root at this time.
He expressed his satisfaction in Anom’s aspiration considering his father’s key role in the creation of Etung LGA.
Ayuk also use the opportunity of the gathering to introduce & announce the SA on Assets recovery and management Barr Gilbert Agbor as a co leader of the team and as an exist strategic in the political landscape of Etung LGA.
He However,called on all stakeholders in who are yet to identify with the Njar project to come on board as soon as because for him,the train is already moving.
On his part, Ntufam Hon Gab Odu Oji who is considered as a political general commented in a comical way ” it is finished” implying the consideration of Hon Anom as the best man for the job.
The event was attended by political big wigs and key grass rooters of Etung LGA including the Mr Amba Obaji (king of boys) amongst others.
