It was an epoch making event chaired by Hon Charles Omang the House of Assembly member representing Bekwara in the CRS state House of Assembly with high powered dignitaries in Attendance as the Duo of Dr Henry Egbe Ayuk PhD the CRS Commissioner For Health and Barr Ijom Ukam where honoured with an Award of impact for their impact towards the development Humility and service in office.
While Barr Ijom Ukam was awarded as best in Humanitarian and Human Resource mobilization, Commissioner Ayuk emerged overall Best toping the league in infrastructure at ell.
Other personalities including the acting Vice Chancellor of the university of Cross River State Prof. Francisca Bassey,The general manager of NTA Mr Samuel Adekunle amongst other where equally awarded for their impact to society.
Speaking at the political Summit,Dr Ayuk called all emerging political leaders to embibe the starling leadership qualities of His Excellency,Sen prince Bassey Edet Otu in other to be better leaders in the nearest future.
He called on everyone to continue to support the good initiative of the Governor even beyond 2027.
On his part,The youthful commissioner Barr Ijom Ukam appreciated the organizers for their objective Sense of judgement in chosen him amongst others to beneficiaries the awards. He encouraged emerging leaders to be committed in little leadership endeavors that will accumolate to a better future using himself as a case study. He highlighted the giant strides of The Governor in the Youths sector and pledge the Government commitment to the development of the youths.
