Stakeholders louds Health ministry Achievements at Etung Rally,Endorse Gov’t Otu,Odey for second term

As part of activities to consolidate the spread of endorsements for the second team bid of His Excellency,Senator Prince Bassey Edet Otu and his Deputy,stakeholders speaking at Etung endorsement Rally has Eulogized the remarkable and clear achievement of the Government in the Health Sector.
Speaking at the event which took place on Friday the 20th June at the local Government headquarters in Effraya, Prince Ebuta Ojong Ayuk a former presidential adviser who was the chairman of the event described the activity of the Health ministry lead by Dr Henry Egbe Ayuk as satisfactory.
He noted that,the news trends have always put the activities of the ministry under Ayuk caring out one impactful project or the other almost weekly.
He clearly stated that,the ministry has been reawaken and effective at the coming the Governor who appointed a very able hand and a true son of the soul Dr Henry Egbe Ayuk to head the ministry at this point.
“I want to thank His Excellency the Governor for changing the narrative of Governance in cross River State and particularly appointed Dr Henry Egbe Ayuk into the ministry of Health.
The Health ministry was almost death before Dr Ayuk was appointed and i thank God that the ministry is back alive again.Today, we have on going renovations of About 6 Health facilities in Etung LGA and there is no passing week we don’t read or hear of one Health activity or the other with so much profound impact” he said.
The stakeholder,equally lauded the strategic placement of Etung LGA political appointment of the Secretary to the state government,Prof Anthony Assam Owan Enoh,The Special Adviser on Assets Recovery and management Barr Gilbert Agbor and others.
Also speaking at the event,Prof. Anthony Owan Enoh The Secretary to the Government of Cross River State used the opportunity to reiterate Government commitment to the development of Etung people.
He gave the Assurance of government firm believe to have visible projects in all the wards of Etung LGA before the end of the first tenure of the Governor in addition to the ongoing projects and the increased cocoa landlord gratuity which have been paid and will be distributed accordingly to all communities involved.
At the event,a motion adopting the President of Nigeria,the Governor of Cross River State and his Deputy was moved and seconded accordingly.
Various support groups which includes,The Etung women in politics, Etung women organization (E-net),Etung Arise for sweet prince,De Nexus movement, Obubra/Etung Youths political Assembly,the main stream organization,Youths and students organization,all arms of government at the local Government level, Cultural groups from Etomi and Ajassor where massively in attendance to Mark the endorsement.
