In a turn out of events as the build up to the 2027 General elections continue to draw close, Barr Gilbert Agbor the special Adviser to the Governor of Cross River State on Assets management and Recovery has refuted the claims by the NCPP in a recent media publication requesting him to run for the house of representative seat for Obubra Etung federal constituency by 2027.
This decision follows a publication by the group inviting Agbor to come out and contest and express the group firm support for him should he decides to contest.
On his part, the director General of the Obubra -Etung political Assembly,Comr Ejeh peter has described Barr Gilbert Agbor as a very good man who’s leadership charisma is admired by not only young people.
” This is yet again another wonder of Barr Gilbert Agbor. He’s loving, determined and very focused in his dealings and I am appreciating him for his genuing response to the NCPP over the call to contest the our federal House representative seat by 2027.
Gilbert has chosen a part to victory and we will continue to support that part because it is the right thing to do.”
Ejeh made this known while addressing a cross section of the media unit of the Assembly in calabar.
