The coordinating team of the Miss politics Nigeria beauty contest in collaboration with pet media and events brand has just concluded the first edition of miss politics Nigeria beauty contest in the central part of cross River State on Sunday 12th April at Hyglo hotel Ikom.
The event which had over 25(twenty five contestants but saw only 7 (seven) to the finals, with Miss Jessica Edet as winner,Miss Mordom patience as first runner up and Miss Eucharia Gold as second runner up.
The contest took place at ikom in cross River State and had in attendance meaningful personalities to include Ntufam Hon Gabriel Odu oji, Ntufam Hon Godwin Etim John,Hon Etan Nkom,comr Abraham Okpa,Eld Dr Henry Egbe Ayuk and was chaired By Hon Xtra Takon amongst others.
Speaking at the event, Hon Takon stressed on the need for women to be encouraged to take active roles in politics. He mentioned that, the contestants and eventual winners should take the opportunity to use the platform for political emancipation.
At the event, the judges, Mr Ayiba Ejame,Mr Gideon, Queen Joy and queen mercy took time to moderate the session with absolute credibility to serve the purpose of the competition.
