Following the official resignation of the immediate past cross River State All progressive Congress (APC) state chairman Barr Alphonsus Eba today, Social change Agent and activist Barr Joseph Odock has taken to his Facebook page to list the manner sins of the exwhile party stakes man.
Odok noted that Eba’s reign as state party chairman was merred by some notable activities which he described as unfair to the foundation members of the party in the state.
“Dear Alphonsus Ogar Eba Esq, why is party suddenly no longer supreme? You sidelined us and enjoyed APC, now you are so quick to leave the party you prided about when food was ready? Your politics and that of crying Ayade suffocated us as foundation members but today you want to leave APC that housed you after your rejection by PDP?
What political evangelism are you talking about? Evangelism of taking the party from original members? Evangelism of leaving us with nothing to show than incarceration, sack from job, political persecution? Evangelism of impunity in the name of consensus? Evangelism of being worst at no rewards for loyalty? Evangelism of amazing all for yourself? What love did you sow please? Can Barr Eba name one person he made as APC State Chairman beyond his rapacious greed?
If you that enjoyed APC is leaving, what about us that only have tales of the many negatives your selfish reign inflicted on us? This is not fair” he reacted
Meanwhile, the resignation of Eba as addressed in his letter to the national secretary of the All progressives Congress (APC) seems to has sparked some controversy in the media space with some applauding his moves and others criticizing his moves as a critical figure in the politics of Cross River State.
