The people’s first Award cross River State team has visited the Secretary to the Government of Cross River State, Professor Anthony Owan Enoh today the 25th of June 2026 in his calabar office on a brief on the developments concerning the proposed Dinner and Award ceremony programmed to Honour impact makers, Government Officials and Grassrooters who have stayed true to the Governor Otu’s People’s first led Government.
During the visit,The Chief Executive Officer of the Host Brand pet media and events ventures,Comrade Ejeh peter reiterated the many Laudable Achievements of the current cross River State Government led by His Excellency,Sen Prince Bassey Edet Otu and His Deputy Rt Hon Peter Odey while describing the Secretary of Government as an uncommon Achiever whose track record of Quality service delivery and impact precedes his personality even decades before Now.
Ejeh remarked further that,Enoh’s remarkable leadership strides as Secretary in the current Government is simply inspiring, results oriented and is intentional to the service of humanity, Hence, worthy of commendation at all times.
“I have Been endeared to you not Basically as Secretary to the Government of Cross River State today, but as a principal factor whose initial service delivery of efficiency, impact, credibility and commitment always precedes you, no doubt, you are doing well as Secretary of Government.
Your Calm disposition and approach to issues, but at Government and individual levels have continued to shape the politics of our state. You are indeed one of those leaders Cross River State masses will continue to yarn for, hence,endearing you as a very proud Awardee for this event.
The people’s first Award and Dinner ceremony is a strategic recommendation to His Excellency and to encourage Government officials that are serving to be proactive to their service delivery in the state and beyond,watch against setback and understanding that the society is backing them whether good or bad and to create an atmosphere of sustainability for Good leadership, while projecting those who’s grassroot political activities has continued to reflect their support to the People’s first mantra especially in the Grassroot and mostly even those not occupying government offices at the time” he Noted.
Speaking further, The Secretary General of the cross River Agriculture and loan Board Hon Dr Beatrice Ebingha who is a team member of the Organizing partners noted that meeting Professor Anthony Owan Enoh yet again, even as her Academic protogee who’s legacy in the cross River State academic and beyond remains so profound over the years is a state of the result of a focus and determined personality he describes Owan Enoh while outlining many others good qualities of the Government secretary.
In his response, Owan Enoh lauded the initiative and expressed his Commitments to the success of the ceremony . He, Anthony Owan Enoh the Secretary of State Government of Cross River State reiterated that the initiative is timely and embodies a clear manifestation for future engagements of the state and its result oriented as Government encourages starling ideas to balance the democratic process by cross fertilation of ideas amongst other things.
